- Assessment of our client´s outsourcing needs
- Rigorous and proven requirements gathering to understand the real “wants”, “needs” and the trading off with time and costs. - Evaluation and Selection
- The client interviews the candidate; When is required we present a psychological report. We also perform extensive background and reference verification and drug testing.
- Successful placement
- The selected candidate joins the client. We can deal with the travel, relocation and visa issues.
- Follow-up
- Follow-up meetings with the client and periodic supervision meetings. We regularly evaluate the performance and conduct a formal quality evaluation of our outsourcing services.
- End of the Assignment
